Results of Miley's 10 Week Turnaround to Her #PerfectWeight

Today we are going to reflect on her journey and share with you how far she has come in just a matter of weeks.

10 Weeks ago Miley weighed 90 lbs, we could no longer feel her ribs, she had no waistline and her energy level was low. If I let this go on any longer I knew her health and wellness would be poor.
