For today's "In the Kitchen with Miley", we are sharing a recipe for Banana Oat Squirrels.
Banana Oat Squirrels
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tbl. flaxseed meal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1 egg
2 small mashed bananas
1/2 cup water
- Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients to form dough.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out with squirrel shaped cookie cutter.
- Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

ReplyDeleteSQUIRRELS!!! Those are so COOL! I'm too lazy to make dog cookies, but my dogs don't mind. :) They get some great treats. Although they'd probably flip if they were shaped like SQUIRRELS.
