Sweet Potato Twists
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 tbl. flaxseed meal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 sweet potato, cooked and pureed
- Combine wet ingredients, add in dry to form dough.
- Spoon out with small scoop and roll into 3 inch rope.
- Twist 2 ropes together.
- Bake in 250 degree oven for 2 hours.
