Bacon Cheddar Biscuits
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbl. flaxseed meal
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 tbl. water
- Combine wet ingredients, add in dry to form dough.
- Roll our dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out with round biscuit cutter.
- Bake in 250 degree oven for approx. 2 hours.
Makes 15 - 2 inch biscuits
Um, YUM! If only my Ma would bake...I would be eating these all the time! That is a great recipe!
