Solvit's Deluxe Tubular Car Barrier Review & Giveaway

Solvit™ Pet Products slogan is "No Pet Left Behind". They specialize in highly functional, easy-to-use products for travel, active life, therapeutic and senior care.

They understand that our dogs love to be with us wherever we are and they make sure they are doing it safely.

Solvit helps pet owners keep their dogs safe when traveling with their Deluxe Tubular Car Barrier.  This barrier will reduce distractions while driving by keeping your dog in the back.

We were so excited to try out the barrier since traveling with three large dogs can lead to many distractions especially when you have one (he who shall not be named) who would much rather ride up close and personal with you.

  1. Solvit makes some really great products! I ride in the backseat, not in the way back of the SUV, so that wouldn't work for us but I can see how great it is for big dogs!

  2. I don't let my dog ride up front with me. It is not safe. We have a harness for one dog and the other we have to tie off to the door. This is not really that safe, but she does not like to be restrained.

  3. Yes. I have an aussie that likes nothing better than to be touching me no matter at home or on the road. We try to tell him to stay in the backseat but this barrier would be much safer for him.

  4. I would donate it to one of the Rescue Organizations who are always transporting dogs - they could really use it :) Layla is quite happy to lie on the back seat in a car and sleep BOL

  5. Our Jason human should get one of these for his hatch back car. Then he can bring me along to all the cool places he goes!

  6. My sweet, deaf hound girl, Ran, was the single best "shotgun" rider of any dog I've known. I would use a car harness to keep her safe, but she was content to stay on the passenger seat and didn't move around. My other four rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds, however, are NOT as good about staying still while I'm driving. They like to go back and forth from the front to the middle (with a leash on, they are limited just how far they can get around). I'd love something like this that would give them some freedom without me having to worry about them coming up front and bumping me while I'm driving.

  7. Oh yes, both Luke and Cricket want to be in the front! Sheba is the only one that lies down nicely in the back. This looks great!

  9. Solvit's Deluxe Tubular Car Barrier would be perfect for our family.
Cinnamon always rides in the backseat but wants to be standing
between the two front seats. If we put her in the back of the Kia
SUV she jumps over the seat. XO CInnamon and Linda

  12. Shiloh used to, but he's so much safer in the back, so I've stopped letting him in the front. Would love to try this though.

  13. Molly hangs out in the back seat. I would love to try a barrier especially since we are getting ready to make a 1000 mile road trip.

  14. Oh, yes! Maisy loves to ride up front with me. She actually enjoys car rides, which makes me happy. My mother would really like having this car barrier, since her golden retriever sheds like crazy in the front of her car! If I were to win, I would be gifting this to my mother!

  15. I only let one of mine up front, but another one does like to try to get up front. This would come in handy. Thanks!

  16. My dog doesn't generally ride up front, though he did try when he was a puppy. These days he starts to try to squeeze his way up front when he gets bored or antsy.

  17. We are getting our dog next week. We will see! I think I will keep him in the back until we train him well.

  20. Artie likes to ride in back because there is more room in the back seat. Even with his harness on, he can stretch out.
